What the service does
Warranty Card Manager helps you organize warranty information, attached files, and reminders. It is an organizational tool, not a warranty provider, insurer, legal adviser, or guarantee that a manufacturer or seller will honor a claim.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for checking OCR suggestions, dates, reminders, document completeness, cloud availability, and the terms of the actual warranty. Keep independent copies of important documents. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its security, access another person's account, upload harmful material, or abuse connected-storage features.
Your content and storage
You keep ownership of your records and files. You give us the limited permission needed to process information for features you request. Originals can remain on your device or in a cloud account you connect. Cloud providers control their own availability, quotas, retention, pricing, and terms; Bengalstack does not provide unlimited image storage.
Free and Premium versions
The free version provides core functionality and may show an app-open ad. Premium is planned as a yearly subscription with a target base price of USD 2.99. Your exact localized price and billing period are shown by Google Play before purchase and control over any price displayed elsewhere.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled through Google Play before renewal. You can manage or cancel in Google Play and restore an eligible purchase in the app. Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Google Play's rules and applicable law. Premium value may include ad removal and supported connected-storage, sync, support, and service features described in the app at purchase time. On-device OCR remains available in the free version.
Accuracy and availability
OCR and automatically calculated dates can be wrong. Confirm important information yourself. Reminders depend on device settings and operating-system delivery and are not guaranteed. We may maintain, improve, replace, or discontinue features, and third-party services may become unavailable.
Accounts and termination
Provide accurate account information and protect your credentials. We may restrict or terminate access for abuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or serious violation of these terms. You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Bengalstack is not responsible for an expired or rejected warranty, missed notification, inaccurate OCR, lost device, third-party cloud failure, or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
