Account deletion

Delete your account when you choose.

The in-app deletion flow is the fastest and safest way to remove your Warranty Card Manager account.

Last updated August 5, 2026

Delete in the Android app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Choose Account and backup, then Delete account.
  3. Review the explanation and choose whether the app should also request deletion of linked cloud files it created.
  4. Confirm your password and complete the final deletion confirmation.

The app signs you out, revokes active access, and requests permanent deletion of account records and warranty metadata under Bengalstack's control.

What happens to your documents

Device-only originals are not stored by Bengalstack and remain on your device until you remove them. Google Drive or OneDrive originals remain in your own account unless you explicitly select the separate cloud-file deletion option. Provider trash, backups, and retention rules may still apply.

Guest mode

Guest-mode information is local. Delete individual warranties inside the app, clear the app's storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Before doing so, save any files or exports you want to keep.

Cannot access the app?

Email bengalstack@gmail.com from the address associated with your account and write “Account deletion” in the subject. We will verify ownership without asking for your password, cloud token, or full document images.

Limited retention

Some minimal transaction, security, or legal records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or law. They are not kept as an active app account or used to restore deleted warranty records.
