Send your question to bengalstack@gmail.com. Include your app version, Android version, and a short description of what happened.

Please do not email passwords, cloud access tokens, complete receipts, payment-card details, or sensitive serial numbers.

Does the app work offline?

Core local organization, viewing, editing, search, reminders, and English/Latin on-device text recognition are designed to work offline. Account sync, purchase verification, ads, and connected cloud operations need a network when used.

Where are my images stored?

Originals stay on your device or in a Google Drive or OneDrive account you connect. Bengalstack stores warranty text and metadata for account features, not an unlimited image vault.

How do I restore Premium?

Open the Premium screen and choose Restore purchase while signed into the Google Play account that bought the subscription. You can manage the subscription from Google Play. Live license testing will be completed during the closed release test.

Why did I see an ad or consent message?

The free version may show a frequency-limited app-open ad after a brief support message. Where required, privacy choices are collected before an eligible ad request. Open Settings to review ad privacy choices. Premium suppresses app ads.

How do I delete my account?

Use Settings → Account and backup → Delete account. See the account deletion guide for cloud-file choices and the email fallback.
